What tone shall i allow today

As an instrument of the divine

What note shall i sing

To express my truth and authentic being

So much i have been given

How can i stop hiding my overwhelm

That only leads to darkness

Which is just what happens

When we deny the light from coming in

So much gratitude lives within

But we hardly ever hear it

With so much noise on the outside

How could we hear such innocent beauty on the inside

Only through my authentic tone can i sing my best song

From this sacred space there is no right or wrong

There can only be what’s true

And we only get into conflicts

Because what is true for me

May not be true for you

But if we are authentic in the moment

Then our tone will be grounded in the All-Holding Truth
